Kim Donghyuk (born January 3, 1997) also goes by the stage name DK. He has the roles of vocalist and main dancer in iKON. He has also choreographed, arranged (for the Xmas Live concert) and written lyrics (for his featuring on Bobby's solo album Love and Fall).

Donghyuk was a notable student, always doing extremely well on tests and active within the school itself as class president. He did an exchange in middle school and studied for two years in Atlanta Georgia. After returning from his exchange program, Donghyuk focused more on dancing, he joined DEF dance school and participated in JYP's 9th trainee competition. He placed 1st overall in the contest, but ended up joining YG Entertainment in early November 2012 via audition.

Donghyuk was still fairly new to YG when WIN was being filmed. As such his role in Team B was still being figured out. He showed weakness in his vocals and lacked confidence in his dancing. During the show however, his spirit and ambition was clear. He was one of the most open emotionally, as during the show it was revealed his father had passed away when he was a young boy. When Team B ultimately lost during WIN, Donghyuk was the first to go to Hanbin's side and hold his hand.
During Mix and Match, we saw that Donghyuk had not lost any of his charms from WIN. He was still emotional and sweet, showing everything he was feeling automatically. His passion had only increased, and during the filming his skills improved every episode. With more confidence, his dancing showed more of the talent that his pre-debut videos hinted at. He was also able to show a sweeter and more clear vocal performance which notably charmed both Taeyang and Song Mino during the show's final episode.

When listening to iKON's songs, it's Donghyuk's falsetto that stands out the most. His high range is the most stable in iKON and none of their songs would sound the same without them. In later releases, e.g. New Kids: The Final, Donghyuk is using more of a chest voice with impressive skill. As a dancer, Donghyuk is smooth and sharp, having a distinct style that has received praise from many professionals (most recently Anthony Lee and Vihn Nguyen from Kinjaz).
